Welcome to the Newman Bookstore, one of the largest specialist bookshops in the country selling new philosophy, theology and religious books . We specialize in a broad range of Catholic-themed books, carrying specific Catholic interests in canon law, altar rite books, breviaries and prayer books and spirituality. Since we are an academic and university bookshop, our outlook is necessarily broad: sic et non et forte / yes no maybe, catholic and Catholic. We have a large active stock of over 25,000 titles. Newman is a nonprofit bookstore owned by the Paulist Press, carrying out the founding mandate of Isaac Hecker CSP for education, as well as Cardinal Newman's noble ideals.
